CASPER WEDDING VENUES | Tiana & Erik

Tiana and Erik chose to have their wedding at the Trout On Inn and although this was the first time Rick and I have photographed a wedding there, it became one of our favorite Casper wedding venues. The property is beautiful and when combined with amazing bride and groom, this day was an absolute blast!

We first met Erik when we photographed his brother’s wedding (Cody & Katie). Their family knows how to celebrate and have the best time, and after meeting and getting to know Tiana its obvious that she fits in perfectly with them as well! The weather in Casper for Tiana and Erik’s big day was unusually hot (temperatures above 100!), but thta didn’t make it any less of a party!

In a day that was completely laid back and felt more like a family barbeque, we were able to document so many incredible moments for these guys. Tiana and Erik are surrounded by a group of family and friends who adore them so there was no shortage of emotion and fun with this wedding. So having said all that, here are some of our favorite images from Tiana and Erik’s special day at one the the best Casper wedding venues:

Tiana’s dress and necklace were AH-mazing! The addition of her boots created the most rustic and stylish bride!

Tiana is an absolute sweetheart and was such a beautiful bride. Even with typical wedding day stresses, she was always so calm and happy throughout the entire day.

We absolutely love special moments like this where mom is helping her little girl put on the wedding dress nd prepare for her big day.

Erick and his guys spent time relaxing in the cabin where there was plenty of air conditioning and cold beer. 🙂

Here he is tying his tie in the mirror to make sure that everything is perfect during the ceremony.

Rick especially enjoys the time spent with guys while they get ready; it’s pretty neat when our clients allow us into their “bubble” to be part of their small and close group of friends.

Erik’s mom came down to help him put his boutonniere on. Thank God she came because none of the guys had any idea! LOL!

Take a look at Maverick, the most handsome and well dressed ring bearer we have seen. The flower girls were equally adorbale!

Erik’s mom had the most proud look on her face as she walked both of her son’s down the aisle.

Tiana’s dad walked her down the aisle, but if you look close you can see that the only person she is focused on in this moment is Erik.

The joy Tiana has is contagious and you can see how incredibly happy she is to be marrying Erik.

Rick and I always enjoy when our couples choose to write their own wedding vows. It always seems to make things much more personal.

Tiana and Erik chose something completely unique; they chose to read verses of a favorite poem back and forth to each other.

The was the first time we have seen something like this but Rick and I both thought is was a fun and creative idea.

Erik’s guys were equally great and helped to create such a fun atmosphere for everyone there.

And of course, get the bridal party a few drinks, tell them we are heading to the reception soon and the mood gets A LOT happier! LOL!

Before heading to the reception, we stole Tiana and Erik away for a little while so that they could have time alone together and we could capture some amazing bridal portraits.

We had so many options of beautiful locations to photograph. This gorgeous natural area is on the property of the Trout on Inn. Another reason why it is one of our favorite Casper wedding venues.

Tiana is a sweet and stunning bride. What you can’t see in this photo is the temperature of 100 degrees. Ans she didn’t complain one time.

We posed Tiana and Erik on this buck rail fence, gave them some space and left them alone. THIS was the result.

Rick and I always talk about how we get THE BEST clients. Honestly. We had so much fun with these two!

Erik is a great guy who, in full disclosure, doesn’t enjoy his photo being taken. But he was a such a good sport and did a fantastic job!

Photos sometimes become a little more difficult when we remove a gorgeous bride but he still killed it!

We were so happy that the Trout On inn is one of the Casper wedding venues that has air conditioning and cooling in the reception area. We totally needed it on this day!

The blues that Tiana chose for her day was so pretty!

Her ring was simple, so elegant and absolutely gorgeous. Erik did a great job picking this one out!

Cake that is yummy, has a creative wooden texture and cupcakes as well? Yes, please!

Erik’s brother Cody gave one of the more humorous and memorable toasts in a long time to his little brother.

Tiana’s maid of honor also gave a pretty amazing speech for her best friend!

It genuinely felt like Tiana had this joyful and incredibly happy smile for the entire wedding day.

The first dance as husband and wife in front of all their friends, family and loved ones.

The set up of the reception and the addition of twinkle lights added to the romantic feel of the reception.

We LOVE this moment Tiana had with her father. I’m sure she will look at this photo years from now and remember exactly how she felt in this moment.

Erik got the chance to have a very special dance with his mom as well.

As the sun went down and the weather cooled, the party moved outside.

Everyone seemed to be enjoying the outdoor dance floor at one of the neatest Casper wedding venues!

Our night ended with the bouquet and garter toss underneath some twinkle lights and a gorgeous summer sky!

Erik and Tiana, thanks for trusting us to document your big day! We think the world of you and your families and loved getting to experience one of the new Casper wedding venues (new to us, at least!). We can’t wait to see what the future hold for you both!
