This Laramie Wyoming wedding photographer was in for a treat when Xena & Jordan hired us! These two planned the most romantic, timeless, Old Hollywood wedding of our dreams. Xena & Jordan selected the always stunning Ivinson Mansion & Alice Hardie Stevens Center for their venue. They decided to have both their wedding and reception inside, with our groom custom designing the lighting and decor. The color gold was used throughout which really gave their entire day the look of luxury. Even though all of those things were so stunning, what REALLY stood out to us however was the amazing love they have for one another.
The grounds of the mansion were the perfect backdrop to capture the head over heels FOREVER love that Xena and Jordan share. We visited all the best spots on the property. The lush garden, the stunning architecture and of course the always beautiful natural greenery made for stunning bridal portraits.
The decor and details they showcased for their special day were so LUX and captivating. Textured florals with a soft muted color palette, complimented by warm golds and timeless cream colors – OH MY yes please! During the day these beautiful details were striking for sure. But AFTER DARK, when the lights were low their reception took on a whole other feel. Candlelight, specialty lighting, fog and vintage lanterns made the whole place seem like it was out of a movie! Their reception was so dreamy and romantic. We hope our photos will do it justice!
What is a blog post without pictures, am I right? Well turns out you are in for a treat! Be sure to read on for one of the most stunning weddings this season.

As a Laramie Wyoming wedding photographer, we see all kinds of wedding dresses. Never though have we seen a gown that felt more Old Hollywood than Xena’s selection.

Isn’t she absolutely striking, really beautiful both inside and out.

The Alice Hardie Stevens Center has so many beautiful windows and some stunning natural light.

One of the things that really sets us apart when compared to another Laramie Wyoming wedding photographer, is the fact that the wedding day is photographed with BOTH the bride and groom’s getting ready. You don’t have to choose who’s story is seen in the final images.

Jordan looked so dapper and handsome in his wedding attire. He too chose everything timeless, classic and definitely Old Hollywood.

Love this photo of Jordan’s Dad helping him with the finishing touches.

In leau of an outdoor ceremony, these two chose to have their guests stay warm and toastie inside the reception space.

Xena was so beautiful. Something that stood out to us as a Laramie Wyoming wedding photographer was just how head over heels, spend your life forever these two were. It was almost as if there were no one else in the room.

What a beautiful kind of love they share, with eyes only for each other!

OK back to this gorgeous dress… Fun fact Xena’s sleeves were separate pieces from her dress. As such they were able to be worn or taken off.

The Ivinson Mansion is just so breathtaking. It really is hard to take a bad picture on this property. We love layering our photos with its lush greenery.

STILL reeling from that fairy tale bouquet. So in love with all the different tones and textures.

This Laramie Wyoming wedding photographer was absolutely THRILLED that everything was in gorgeous full bloom for their day!

I just think classic black and white for this image is so timeless.

Once again we gave these two a bit of space and just photographed as they melted into one another.

We visited all the best parts of the property and really captured their style, love and venue.

Knowing smiles that just beam from an epic love story.

Ok the wedding bouquet Xena selected was GORGEOUS. Loved the soft muted tones and all of the different floral textures.

This Laramie Wyoming wedding photographer was absolutely spoiled as far as taking ring shots go. Jordan chose a flawlessly unique cut and the brightest white diamond as well. It was such a treat to photograph.

A lot of times we correspond mostly with the bride. Our grooms usually have preferences or involvement with certain parts of the day (typically music & food). Never have we had a groom design an entire lighting concept that lowed throughout the day. When the lights were turned low all of their decor just came to life with a warm romanticism.

All of the beautiful gold detail in their decor made for an absolutely lovely reception.

What adorable vintage lanterns, aren’t they so darling? Again just love that when the lights were low these just came to life!

Sugar Mouse Cupcake House cupcakes are definitely a FAVE choice for this Laramie Wyoming wedding photographer!

Loved the heartfelt speech that Xena’s Mom gave.

From the heart, personal and such a memorable speech for sure.

This was taken during Xena & Jordan’s first dance. The lighting was designed by the groom and the dreamy fog was a surprise for the bride.

The choreography of their first dance we dramatic, romantic and gave us many opportunities for great photos.

What is an Old Hollywood first dance without a dramatic dip, oh and of course a kiss?

Once again these two just lost in one another.

What is really cool about the Alice Hardie Stevens Center is how it can be used in a unique way for each couple. Take for example this Ivinson Mansion Wedding. Different couple, different day, different feel to this space.

Jordan and his Mother’s special dance.

Can’t forget Xena’s special dance with her Dad.

Love that these two dipped spontaneously through out the night. Each time they did, their guests would erupt with applause.

Even looking super cool enjoying cigars in all of their formal attire.
